This lovely little coffee shop is definitely worth a visit. We was in a group of 5 very good service very polite we had jacket potato,sausage roll,tuna salad and 2 club sandwiches plus drinks. Will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely amazing customer service, the staff here really care about you and your experience! I left my bag on my table by accident, and was on a ferry 15 minutes later leaving my bag with some expensive belongings in the cafe. The next thing I know, the Betty’s team are mailing the bag back to my address and covering the mailing fee, which is a lot when mailing from the Isle of Wight to my address! They kept me updated with the whereabouts of my bag and sent it back to me, whilst also sending me the receipts! They got this done within a day of me reaching out to them. I am just extremely grateful for this and it has to be some of the best customer service I’ve ever received, nicest staff! To add to this, yes the food is also amazing and very cheap. I paid £7 for a cheese and beans jacket potato which filled my entire plate, and a large side of salad. Overall a 10/10 cafe, amazing and super friendly customer service paired with delicious affordable food. Thank you Betty’s Door!

Lovely place. Very pretty inside. Food was delicious. Very lovely staff, even gave my daughter a little tea cup of milk as she wanted a 'coffee' like mum and dad. Brilliant service and friendly. Will definitely go back.

Popped in for a couple of hours to relax and read a book - lovely local cafe. Excellent milkshake and cake, and the breakfast bun was good too Very reasonable prices, and friendly new owners. The space is also nicely decorated and comfy.

Quite honestly the BEST scrambled eggs I have ever had. I got the chilli eggs and the black coffee. The story behind this place is fascinating and really nice. If you looking for anywhere to eat or rest up before hoping on the ferry this place is a must truly.

What a beautiful decorated cafe food was fantastic our club sandwich was beautiful price was fantastic for the portion size very please and highly recommend shame I don’t live next door

Dropped by for coffee and cake....we were delighted!. All the cakes were home made and served warm. We had been to Osbourne House and skipped their eaterie glad we did. Thanks to the lovely couple running it....look forward to next time.

Absolutely thrilled to try this fab cafe. Food is amazing if a little dear and the luxurious surrounding unique to the area. Only dropped a point as service was very slow despite it being almost empty. Luckily, we were off so didn’t mind waiting but if we were at work that would be a problem. Otherwise we cannot praise more highly.
